With recent renovations to the hotel, we offer many event spaces in the hotel that appeal to different styles of weddings. We offer two spectacular ballrooms, Capital Ballroom and Biltmore Ballroom. Our Biltmore Ballroom offers great views of the city from the seventeenth floor of the hotel. We also feature an outdoor terrace and a unique space, the Summit, with a wall of windows overlooking the city on the eighteenth floor for events under 100 guests. Our ideal location in downcity Providence makes it easy for guests to visit the Creative Capital. We offer exclusive rates to friends and family traveling for a wedding with a reception booked at the hotel. Our delicious cuisine is prepared by our catering team and is served by our attentive banquet staff who all have many years of tenure at the hotel.
Where are the best photo ops on your property?
The magnificent lobby with our grand staircase is a spot all couples plan to take photos in. Additionally, our outdoor terrace and indoor balcony are very special, and couples also find it very convenient to have the Biltmore Park directly across the street from the hotel.

Is your venue a one-stop shop?
We offer ceremonies, cocktail hours and dinner receptions in one location along with guest rooms. We can also accommodate rehearsals, rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions and post-wedding breakfasts.
Do you have an on-site coordinator?
Elise S. Shatraw is our senior catering sales manager and a Certified Wedding Venue Professional. She has been with our hotel for more than seventeen years and has assisted hundreds of couples in planning for their wedding days. Elise enjoys being your point of contact at the hotel from your first tour through your wedding day. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail and quick responses to couples’ needs and questions assists brides and grooms in creating a truly special wedding day. She believes love is love and enjoys working with all couples.
Do you offer any specials or discounts?
We offer a special Winter Package in January, February and March, and we extend special package pricing for weddings planned on Fridays or Sundays throughout the year.
