STYLEWEEK Bridal Highlights

Sunday was a big day in Providence — not only only did that silly sports thing go on that evening (just kidding; hooray for the Pats!), but just a few hours earlier there was another spectacular event that started with the letter S. That’s right, we’re talking about STYLEWEEK Bridal!

This was the iconic fashion brand’s second wedding attire- themed show and boy did it live up to its predecessor and deliver the goods. In addition to yummy eats, delicious drinks and fabulous company, attendees were able to peruse inspiring displays from the likes of Zaxie, Kent Stetson, Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals, yours truly and more. And then, of course, there was the runways shows, which presented us with all of our new favorite bridal looks (read obsessions) for the 2019/2020 wedding season. Read on for a few highlights below!

First up was Spark Bridal, a bridal outlet in Cranston known for their wide, stunning selection of high end designers. You would never know it was their first time on the STYLEWEEK runway, serving the audience with fierce looks on the runway that demonstrated any and every trendy cut or style that a bride-to-be could possibly desire.

Next up, Aldo’s House of Formals also made their debut, their dapper models certainly reminding us spectators that all eyes don’t solely have to be on the bride come the wedding day. Our favorite designs ran the gamut of men’s fashion, featuring everything from classic, black tie garb to Newport nautical duds to bold, colorful prints.

After a quick break between shows, Boston-based Candice Wu Couture wowed us all once again with her dazzling, fairytale-worthy gowns. Each and every design showcased masterful incorporations of intricate bead, lace and/or embroidery work.

Another STYLEWEEK Bridal veteran, Arianna Nicola Designsthen kicked off the final portion of the show with a chic wifey-wear ensemble perfect for any bachelorette outing or post-wedding celebrations before transitioning into signature her style of more unique wedding-day options (think crop tops, short hems, florals and pant suits) paired with radiant jewelry from Zaxie

And that was the end of the show! It was an honor to sponsor such a spectacular event, and we hope to see you there next year!
