What sets your venue apart?
The North Beach Clubhouse is a hidden gem located on Narragansett Town Beach. Our venue differs from most because you are receiving a priceless view for a very reasonable cost. The venue offers an intimate indoor space for dinner with a beautiful deck just outside for the ceremony and dancing!
Are you a one-stop shop?
Yes, the Clubhouse offers space for a ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. We have an extensive list of excellent vendors to work with as well!
What wedding themes suit your property best?
While most think “beach theme,” the space has such a simple look that you can really incorporate your own theme and feel. The room is light, bright and wide open.
Where are the best photo ops on your property?
In the sand with the Atlantic behind you! We also have some beautiful fields and handmade stone walls just a short drive north of the venue.
Do you have an on-site coordinator?
The venue provides a day-of attendant from our staff. That person is responsible for overseeing the venue, making sure policies are followed, lending a helping hand and answering questions. It is highly encouraged that couples book a day-of coordinator to be on-site.
What’s your catering and bar situation?
We have a list of pre-approved and preferred caterers that we highly encourage our couples to work with, although it is not mandatory. Couples/renters can outsource to other caterers, as long as the proper licensing and insurance requirements are met. As for the bar, a licensed and insuranced vendor must handle alcohol service. Most of our preferred caterers can handle that for you! You can host either a cash bar or an open bar on-site.
What other perks does your venue offer?
Flexibility with vendors, a picturesque backdrop, outdoor dancing and the opportunity to take a swim! The outdoor deck is larger than the indoor space, so you are able to enjoy so much fresh air and scenery.
What question should couples be asking while venue searching?
“Does the space accommodate your guest count?” That always seems to be a deciding factor for couples. Be direct with your dreams and goals for your special day — that way you know up front if something you want to achieve is permitted.
Do you host any other wedding-related events?
The Clubhouse welcomes all sorts of events! Rehearsal, showers, birthdays, meetings, luncheons. You name it, we can make it happen!
