Sure, Newport in the summer makes for an ideal wedding day in theory, but add never-ending traffic pileups plus insane price hikes to the mix? Yikes, to say the least. Here’s a list of popular Rhode Island-based events (and their corresponding regions and time ranges) that you just might want to try and avoid sharing your anniversary with for sanity’s sake.
