They may not remember their first encounter, but they will never forget the day they said yes to each other while overlooking Providence.

The Meet Cute: Madison and Brad first met when they were children thanks to Madison’s family friend who happened to be Brad’s cousin, but the couple has no memory of this interaction. However, they do remember meeting in 2011 at their local pool club where they worked as lifeguards. After going to different colleges, they decided to remain friends. Fast forward to 2021, they find themselves back in their hometown during the pandemic. After reconnecting, they went on a date, and by 2022 they were officially together.
The Engagement: The plan was to “pick up a friend” in downtown Providence. What Madison did not know was that Brad planned to propose while overlooking the city at Prospect Terrace Park. It was even better than she had imagined as Brad also arranged a surprise reception with their families, including Madison’s dad who had secretly flown from Florida to attend.
